Set defaults for new picture or shape style

1. Select the picture that has the attributes you want to use as the default.
2. On the Drawing toolbar, click Draw, and then click Set AutoShape Defaults.

Tip 

If you have text in an object, you can save the text style as a default. Select the text, click Font on the Format menu, and then select the Default for new objects check box.
