Align drawing objects on a grid

1. On the Drawing toolbar, click Draw, and then point to Snap.
2. To automatically align objects on an invisible grid, click To Grid.

   To automatically align objects with gridlines that go through the vertical and horizontal edges of other shapes, click To Shape.

Tip   You can also snap the object to the grid by holding down ALT while you move, draw, or resize a drawing object.
