Drawing objects automatically stack in individual layers as you add them to a chart. You see the stacking order when objects overlap — the top object covers a portion of objects beneath it. You can create different effects by overlapping objects when you draw. You don't have to draw the bottom object first — you can always move it later.
If the object is hidden behind other objects, click one of the objects, and then press TAB or SHIFT+TAB until the one you want is selected.
