How?The following items can affect the availability of certain menu settings and commands in Microsoft FrontPage.
Note Many commands can become unavailable when you choose certain compatibility settings. To reactivate any of the following items that are unavailable because of a compatibility setting, you need to modify the settings.
How?
On the Tools menu, click Page Options, and then click the Compatibility tab.

Toolbar options
