Specify settings to indicate slow pages

Microsoft FrontPage defines a slow page as one that takes 30 seconds or longer to load using a 28.8 KB modem.

To change the way a slow page is defined:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Reports View tab.
  2. In the Assume connection speed of box, select the connection speed of your target audience. For example, if your web site will be browsed on a corporate intranet by users with dedicated network connections, select T1 or T3.
  3. In the "Slow" pages take at least box, type or select the number of seconds that define a slow page at the assumed connection speed.
