Set line or paragraph spacing

1. In Page view, select one or more paragraphs, right-click, and then click Paragraph on the shortcut menu.
2. Under Spacing, set the spacing for text by doing one or more of the following:
   • To set the amount of space above each paragraph, enter a value in pixels in the Before box.
   • To set the amount of space below each paragraph, enter a value in pixels in the After box.
   • To set the amount of vertical space between lines of text, click an option from the Line spacing box.
   • To set the amount of space between words, enter a value in pixels in the Word box.

Note   Some Web browsers will not display all of these line and paragraph settings.
