Print a web page

Do one of the following:

Print the page as it looks in Page view

  1. In Page view, click the Normal button .
  2. On the File menu, click Print.
  3. Set your printing options, such as the name of the printer you want to use and the number of copies you want.

Note   Hyperlinks and pictures are printed as they look on the Normal pane in Page view.

Print the HTML of a page

  1. In Page view, click the HTML button , and then click Print Print button.
  2. Set your printing options, such as the name of the printer you want to use and the number of copies you want.

Tip   

To see how the page will look when printed, on the File menu, click Print Preview. However, this preview is not exactly the same as the view from a Web browser — print preview paginates and assigns page numbers, but Web browsers do not.
