Remove a database connection

If you no longer use a database connection, you can delete it.

To remove a database connection:

1. On the Tools menu, click Web Settings, and then click the Database tab.
2. Click the database connection you want to remove, and then click Remove.

Note   When a connection is deleted, any database results regions that reference the connection will display an error message when browsed. To correct this condition, you can run the Database Results Wizard and set up the database results region to use a different database connection, or you can delete any database results regions that are no longer needed.
