Crop a graphic

1. In Page view, click the graphic.
2. On the Pictures toolbar, click Crop .

   Note   To display the Pictures toolbar, point to Toolbars on the View menu, and then click Pictures.

   A cropping box appears on the graphic. By clicking and dragging the handles on the box, resize it to include the part of the graphic that you want to keep.

3. Click Crop again to remove the area outside of the cropping box.
