Add a Web browser to the preview list

When you install Microsoft FrontPage, currently installed browsers are added to the list of browsers that you can use to preview pages. If you install a browser after installing FrontPage, you will need to add it manually.

  1. In Page view, open the page you want to preview.
  2. On the File menu, click Preview in Browser.
  3. Click Add.

    Tip

    To remove a Web browser from the preview list, select it and then click Delete.

  4. In the Name box, type the name of the Web browser as you want it to appear in the preview list.
  5. In the Command box, type the name and path of the Web browser's executable file (the compiled file that launches the Web browser, usually having a .EXE extension), or click Browse to locate the file.
