A photo gallery is a web page that contains a collection of graphics arranged in a specific layout.
Microsoft FrontPage provides four different layouts in which you can arrange your graphics, and if you are creating an album, each page can have a different layout. You can create your own web site "photo album" by first creating two or more galleries, and then adding a link bar that connects them all.

Captions and descriptions
Below each graphic in a gallery there is space for a caption and description. You can select the font style, color, and size of the caption. You can change the caption and description at the time you create the gallery, and you can also change or remove it later.
Thumbnails
When you create a photo gallery using a layout, a thumbnail of each graphic is automatically created. You also have the opportunity to set or change the size of the thumbnail at any time.
