Ungroup data in PivotChart view

1. Open a datasheet or form in PivotChart view.
2. Select the category field or series field for which you want to remove grouping.
3. On the PivotChart toolbar, click Properties , and then click the Filter and Group tab.
4. Set Groups item by to (No grouping).
