LDIF Import

Scriptname: ldif-import.asp

 

This script imports an LDIF file (LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) Data Interchange Format). The script will create the mailboxes and aliases contained in the file. Mailbox and domain aliases will also be created as necessary.

 

To use it:

 

  1. Add a virtual folder in the Web Admin Interface:

url: \scriptlib

path: c:\program files\ftgateoffice\scriptlib

  1. Enter http://127.0.0.1:8089/scriptlib/ldif-import.asp in your browser address field.

  2. when the page finishes loads either type the name of the file (including the pathname) or click the browse button and locate the file.

  3. Click the button.

  4. When the next page finishes loading the job will be finished.
