When you have finished using Web Mail you should sign out. This prevents anyone from reading your messages, or sending messages using your account.

To sign out of Web Mail click the button in the top right of the browser window. After clicking the button the browser returns to the Sign In page for the next user. When the Sign In page appears, Web Mail will not allow anyone to access your account (unless, of course, they know your Sign In name and password!).

Alternatively, you can close the browser completely. This will effectively sign you out. When someone opens a new browser window they will be at the Sign In page.
