This option sends a copy of outgoing messages (from the user) to the local mailbox named here (full email address required, e.g. user@domain.com). This also includes incoming messages that are forwarded.
An example of a use of this would be to send a copy of all messages to the user's supervisor for training or quality control purposes. |

Allows the forwarding options for this mailbox to be defined. |

Do not forward
|
No forwarding. The message is simply delivered to the mailbox. |

Forward and keep
|
Forward the message to the defined address in the 'Forward To:' below, and leave a copy of the message in this mailbox. |

Who to send the forwarded message to. This should be the full email address of the recipient, even if the recipient is local. It can also be a list of email addresses separated by semicolons. |

Each sender will only receive one out of office reply, irrespective of the number of messages sent to the mailbox.
Note: If the user is a member of a group with the 'Round robin' option enabled, messages to the group will bypass this mailbox when this option is selected. |
