Round robin delivery

This option causes the first message received to this mailbox to be delivered to the first member in the list, the second message is delivered to the second member in the list and so on until every member has had one message.  When the end of the list of members is reached the next message will go to the first in the list again and so onà

This option is useful for sales or support teams, to ensure the members of the team have an equal workload.

If a group member is shown as æOut of OfficeÆ the round robin delivery system will bypass that user.
