FTConfig |
The FTConfig is an Emergency configuration tool to help you recover from unexpected events, like timing out the trial period. While this will not allow you to extend the trial period, it will allow you to enter the registration codes into FTGateOffice to get you up and running again with the least amount of fuss!
It is also possible to correct errors in IP addresses within the Web Admin utility (that may have shut you out) by resetting them to default values. This tool can be accessed via the following route Start | Programs FTGateOffice | Emergency Configuration tool

Allows you to enter your registration key(s) and check that they are correct, by showing 'Registered for x mailboxes (where x is the number of licences available) |

Paths |
This shows, and allows you to edit (if necessary) the paths for the application, Spool, Script and Cache paths. These can be changed if required,.although they should not be altered/edited unnecessarily |

Web Admin |
This allows you to correct your Web Admin settings if you have problems connecting.
You can reset the Admin user name and password to 'admin' & 'password' if the user name and/or password are forgotten, simply by pressing a button.
There is also an option to reset all IP values within the Web Admin utility to their default values. This will allow you access again if you have inadvertently shut your self out by deleting or adding the wrong IP address to one of the addresses fields |
Note: This is only an Emergency tool, normal configuration changes and editing should be done via the Web Admin utility, NOT this tool.
