Backup FTGateOffice

To backup and restore FTGateOffice follow these steps:

Backing up

1. Stop FTGateOffice

2. Backup the ...\FTGateOffice\Config folder complete

3. Backup the c:\spool folder complete

Restoring FTGateOffice

1. Re-install FTGateOffice to the same paths as the backed up installation

2. Stop FTGateOffice

3. Delete the ...\FTGateOffice\Config folder complete

4. Copy the backed up config folder to the same path as the one deleted in 3.

5. Delete the Spool folder complete

6. Copy the backed up spool folder to the same path as the one deleted in 5.

7. Restart FTGateOffice

8. Check all settings are as you expect.

This procedure can be used for moving FTGateOffice to another machine, just backup from one machine and restore to the new one. After completing the restore process, it is worth checking the settings to ensure they are all as you would expect them...
