Neti is a bookmarking utility that incorporates an easy-to-use database. 
Neti lets you start your own database for favorites or hyperlinks that you visit frequently. It allows you to enter keywords to signify each entry. Then, when you enter one of the keywords on the main screen, it pops that entry up in front of you.
