ErgoWeb coming to Amiga
News Date : 18 April, 1997
News Source: CU Amiga Magazine

ErgoWeb is a HTML authoring helper, previously available for Archimedese' RiscOS and, amazingly, the Psion palmtop computers. X Developments, the authors, have anounced a port to the Amiga which will cost 10 when it becomes available.

The HTML designer supports tables and the Amiga version is tipped to support Frames also. X Developments' manager, Garry Taylor, tells us that it will make extensive use of GadTools and require at least WB 2+.

Oddly they seem to think the Workbench colour system will cause problems with 256 colour graphics, not knowing about the CGraphX and Picasso96 RTG software. At least they will allow it to run on another screen. Final release date is tipped for somewhere before June.

This will be X Developments' debute on the Amiga market and they claim that the response to the product will decide the future of their Amiga support.

"...with the advent of Gateway buying AT, our future will be a long and prosperous one. We also offer free telephone help to all Amiga users."

              Manager of X Developments.
