PIRCH

Pirch is a great shareware IRC client that I have found to be quite reliable and very feature packed. Go to the Pirch home page to find out more info and get the latest version.
Version 0.85 for 32bit (Win 95 and NT) and version 0.80 for 16bit (Win 3.1) are the latest versions available
