AMUC's Party of the Year

A great time! A chance to overload on all things Amiga! Fun, games, speeches and lots of work (for the organizers)! A diet of pop, beer, coffee, and hot dogs. Yup, that was Amijam.

Over the next week or two I hope to fill in some of the gaps and build up a more detailed picture of Amijam. Right now I'll just toss a dozen or so pictures onto the net...

CV-Mike.Hawaii.jpg (67k) This is Mike Stoll, one of the AMUC booth team. Here Mike sports the limited edition AMUC 100th meeting T-Shirt against a background of simulated Hawaii. This was done one week after Amijam at the ConVersion Sci-fi convention.

TRIO.JPG (51k) Here's Dave Haynie (on the left in the shades), Jason Compton (Amiga Report editor) in the middle and Dale Larson (President of IAM, and Envoy Guru) on the right. Dave has one of the special edition Death Bed Vigil video tapes in his hand, which he has just signed for some Amiga fan. There was a lot of signing of stuff at the show. In fact, after the banquet Armando Ruggeri (one of the local video toaster pros) got Dave to sign the case of his 3000T (yup he actually brought the case to the banquet just in case...).

REGISTRA.JPG (48k) The Amijam registration booth in action. On the left are Garrett Gallant and Don Hamilton (the AMUC newsletter mailout officer). Seated on the right is Stephane Cross (in front of Devin Trites' sick A3000).

PANEL1.JPG (77k) Here is the final seminar, a panel discussion covering anything of interest to Amijam attendees. This session was broadcast live over the internet via the IRC #amiga channel. From left to right the speakers (seated) are:
