What does Adam watch?

Being underemployed has its advantages and disadvantages. The main plus is now I've got a lot of time to pursue interests; on the downside I can't actually afford them any more...

Well, other than TV. I can afford cable (phew!)

Television!

Personal favourites are:

    X-Files
    Babylon5
    Earth 2 (even though cancelled!)
    Deep Space 9
    Sliders
    Reboot
Hypernauts (for the CGI special effects, honest!)
I also watch a bit of Voyager which to its credit has been improving.
If ABC didn't run it concurrently against Sliders, I'd be watching the new "Muppets Tonight" series.

Pinky and the Brain and Animaniacs are also regular viewing. On the Britcom side, I have been watching YTV's run of "Yes Minister" but also "Chef", a culinary series starring Lenny Henry (also on YTV). If you haven't seen the latter, please make an effort to -- it's utterly brilliant. I've only seen Mr Bean x billion times (along with Fawlty Towers, Black Adder, Red Dwarf and such) so tend to miss them in reruns. I cannot stand "Are You Being Served" or "Harry Enfield's Television Programme" so don't even think of mentioning them to me :-) Contemporary American sitcoms and soaps of all guises also tend to rank very low on my choice meter -- I'd prefer to watch CPAC to that dross...
