TERMS:

Due to fluctuations in the Canadian dollar, prices are subject to change without notice. We update the catalog whenever we become aware of a price change. This catalog is always available at www.nationalamiga.com and contains as much product information as we can type in!

Absolutely no refunds on any products. We are not responsible for performance but will let you in on all the experience we have had with the product. We will not sell you something we know does not work well. We are not responsible for incompatibilities between products.

Software: No refunds or exchanges. Defective items will be replaced with same item only. Item MUST have been purchased within last 30 days from National Amiga.

Hardware: No refunds. In some cases we can exchange item for equal value or credit as long as item is still in a resalable condition. Item must have been purchased within last 30 days from National Amiga. We are not responsible for damage due to improper installation.

Returning Defective Merchandise: Any goods returned MUST have an Return Materials Authorization clearly marked on the package or the shipment will be refused. When we receive the package the item will be tested and at that time deemed defective and repaired/replaced at National Amiga's descretion. Items found not to be defective will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.

TAXES:


At the time of sale we will be as sure as possible that the item will work on your machine. We can test most products in house prior to shipping to save headaches for everyone. Please ask us to do so.
