Please include the answers to as many of the following questions in your email to us:
- What hardware and software has been installed or deleted on the system?
- When did this issue start happening?
- What is the exact error message, if any?
- In what applications or programs is the issue happening?
- Does the symptom happen in Safe Mode (Windows 95)?
- How often does the issue present itself?
- Can you duplicate it on a consistent basis?
- Is there anything else that you can tell us that might help us help you faster?
