Associate Program Manager

This position is responsible for developing and managing each facet of the Product Life Cycle (PLC) process
for the designated product line from conception through product end of life. Also is responsible for managing
all inputs and changes that occur within the PLC process to ensure they are integrated into a smooth product
transition. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field, AND a minimum of four years of
progressively responsible related business management or program management experience is required; OR, an
equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Two years or more of new product introduction experience
is preferred. Prior management experience is also preferred.

Chief Engineer - Communications

The successful candidate will have 10-12 years of overall experience with at least 3 years of experience directly
related to computer data communications. A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a
related field is required (MSEE/CS preferred). Familiarity with Data Communications standards, Modem Architectures
and emerging communication technologies such as ADSL and Cable modems is a must. A working knowledge of the x86 PC
Architecture and the Microsoft Windows software environment is also required. Detailed hands-on experience with PC

their release to production and our customers. The Chief Engineer has an impact on all aspects of research,
implementation, and communication of technology decisions for and is one of the top technical positions within
Gateway. A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, AND twelve years of experience in
Electronics and Computer design, of which five years of experience in complex hardware architecture (i.e.,
multi-processor design, memory design, controller design, etc.) is required; OR, an equivalent combination of
education and/or experience. Several years experience in PC Motherboard design and qualification, including
compatibility and regulatory. Several years experience in design and development of CPU's and chipsets, especially
