Creative Development Positions
Graphic Designer
North Sioux City, SD
Responsible for the design and production of sales literature and support
material in a team environment. You must possess a Bachelor's degree or
comparable diploma in Advertising Art and Design, or a related field, AND
at least five years of experience in creating creative advertising and
design projects; OR, an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Other requirements include a proficiency in HTML, Pagemaker, Illustrator,
Quark, and Photoshop; candidates should be well-versed in Microsoft Office,
with emphasis on PowerPoint skills. We are looking for a dynamic art professional
with the ability to illustrate technical drawings with a unique flair.
Photography skills and knowledge of color copiers and paper products are
a plus. Candidates will be asked to submit an art portfolio for review.
Senior Art Director
North Sioux City, SD
This position is responsible for the overall visual look and quality,
as well as the design and production of Gateway 2000's advertising and
promotional materials generated by Creative Services. This position is
ultimately responsible for the quality of the visual look and completion
of all assigned projects to the Art Department and Photo Studio. Responsible
for promoting the growth of individual talent as well as the strategic
planning of the Art Department and the Photo Studio. Manages multiple creative
personalities to achieve harmony, enthusiasm, pride and unity for a common
goal. Responsible for the facilitation of team meetings, as well as, coaching,
mentoring, training, disciplining, evaluation and growth of the assigned
staff. A Master's degree in Advertising Art and Design, or related field;
AND, at least ten years of experience in developing creative advertising
and design projects is required; OR, an equivalent combination of education
and/or experience. Must show demonstrated creative ability through portfolio
review. Must show a demonstrated ability to manage the creative process
and individual creative talent. Must have an extensive working knowledge
of the creative process, photo imaging process, camera ready art work,
pre-press and the printing process.
Senior Copy Writer
North Sioux City, SD
This position is responsible for the production of copy for use in Gateway 2000's advertising and also for the productin of copy for promotional materials generated by Creative Services. Responsible for using special skills to perform the tasks within the scope of the department or assigned to them by their manager and discharging those responsibilities in a manner appropriate to a fast paced quality conscious environment. A Bachelor's degree AND five years of experience OR seven years of experience is required for this position.
