Dear Dealers,
A number of you have OS 3.1 Kits on order with us. We reqret to inform you that we will be unable to deliver these until the litigation between Village Tronic and Amiga Technologies (or QuikPak, depending on who's rumour you believe) is cleared up. The following note was received by us from Village Tronic regarding this matter.
Responding to our latest order for OS 3.1 Kits, Village Tronic wrote us the following letter regarding the situation with OS 3.1 Kits.
Dear Mr. Mills,
We thank you for your order. Unfortunately we have to inform you that, due to a provisionary injunction of Messrs. Amiga Technologies, we cannot handle or deliver your order (of OS 3.1 Kits) at the moment.
We already institued legal procedings against it, the success of which however has still to be waited for. As soon as we have any new information, we will inform you by return.
