We believe World Construction Set V2 is the most

WCS is not a generic everyday 3D package. First
we bring together digital terrain maps from a great variety of sources.
Then we combine them with vector objects (2D entities used to depict roads,
streams, boundaries, buildings or other markings) in our Geographic Information
System (GIS) database. Add in a user-adjustable ecosystem prediction model
to create believable rock, vegetation and snow; even raise or lower the
sea level. Finally, using real-world coordinates and a database design
of unlimited size, we deliver the ability to render an entire planet from
any viewpoint or scale.
Other programs may think the world is flat but
WCS always renders using spherical accuracy. High resolution data is available
for the entire United States and other parts of the world. Lower-res global
data sets are available for the entire Earth, and even other planets. And
if you need to create your own locations to spec we've included a new set
of tools for making your own landscapes.
We offer a vast array of features for a variety
of imaging needs. Device independent output means you can use the same
project file to produce photo-realistic print-resolution maps and lifelike
animated film and video graphics.
No matter what your application, you'll find WCS

user interface allows you to arrange the tools and windows you most use
