You don't have to go all the way to Hollywood any more to get those fantastic visual effects you've seen on the big screen. Now you can have Visual FX premiering on your monitor screen at thousands and thousands of dollars below the cost of those mega-expensive high-end ADO type systems.

With the help of Visual FX you don't have to wait until you've learned all the intricate subtleties of LightWave before you begin turning out top notch animations. With the impressive front-end capabilities of Visual FX you can get into production NOW! No previous LightWave experience is needed! Nobody needs to know if you're still at the bottom of LightWave's steep learning curve - and we won't tell.

For those of you who are more familiar with LightWave, you have the option to change any of our default settings to meet your needs. Either way Visual FX will give your interactive and video productions all the sharp quality you've come to expect from LightWave.

The Transition volumes are perfect for use with the Newtek Video Flyer or the DPS Personal Animation Recorder. All you have to do is select what images or video sequences you want to use and Visual FX will do the rest.

LightWave is such a powerful program that we did not want to try and re-invent that wheel, therefore Visual FX takes full advantage of LightWave's power. Our requesters actually open up on the LightWave screen and walk you through each step. When you make your selections we record all your actions and then play them back to create your animations. This makes Visual FX perfect for batch processing multiple animations that you can render over night. By using one of our other products called Batch Factory, you can also batch process your images through ADPro, ImageFX, Image Master, etc. to take full advantage of their formidable capabilities.

Each volume comes with 20 effects, each of which has a full 30 frame preview animation attached to it so you will know exactly what the effect will look like. These previews are available in 16 color greyscale, 256, or 256,000 color versions. The CD release includes all three while the floppy release contains only the 16 color previews - but users can upgrade at a nominal charge.

Visual FX works with both the Video Toaster and stand-alone versions of LightWave (3.5 & Above) and requires about 1 meg of memory over that used by LightWave.
