1. This is the AWARDR BIOS version 1.3 release.
2. This BIOS fixes the following problems of the previous version: 
-Fix CPU can't run at higher voltage 
-Fixing STR fail in Win/ME.
-Patch midi fail in Windows 2000.
-Fix IDE1 channel cable reporting error.
