4967 IDE FIXED PROBLEM LOG:

1.      CH#0, MASTER    : HD 
        CH#0, SLAVE     : CD-ROM (Sony CDU-55E CD-ROM)
        CD-ROM can't be found with SiS IDE Dos Driver installed.
Sol :   Ver 3.17 fixed.

2.      After we disable "32-bit Disk Access" under Windows for Work-
        groups, system will still show this feature enable if SiS IDE
        Driver installed.
