The Virtual Drafter Internet Tools from SoftSource is designed to work
with Netscape Navigator 2.0, beta 5 or greater, and Microsoft Internet
Explorer Version 3.0 or later.  To test the plug-in, start Navigator or
Internet Explorer and open one of the dwg-help.html or svf-help.html 
support files.

If you have problems displaying the images in the document...

1)  Try re-installing the plug-in.
2)  Get the latest version of the plug-in from
        http://www.softsource.com/softsource/plugins/plugins.html
3)  Get the latest version of Netscape from
        http://home.netscape.com/
