OuttaSight is FREE for home or educational use.

The registration fee for all other uses is $15.00 U.S.

If you are not entitled to a free license, you may use 
OuttaSight for 30 days for the purpose of evaluating 
whether to purchase it.

Even if you are eligible for a free license, you may 
register anyway if you wish to support and encourage 
the further development of this program.

INSTALLATION
===============================
To install OuttaSight, execute the SETUP.EXE program 
contained in this .ZIP archive. SETUP.EXE is a 
self-extracting installer.

To run OuttaSight, double-click on the icon created by 
the installer.

All program documentation is contained in the WinHelp 
file shipped with OuttaSight.
