RENAREA <fromechoid> <toechoid>

        Renames one echoid to another just before the test for
        EXCLAREA's. The feature is meant to be used like this:
        "RENAREA NETMAIL001 NETMAIL" or "RENAREA ECHOMAIL001
        BAD_MSGS", but you can use it any way you wish.

        NOTE: This feature is only available to REGISTERED USERS!
