        If enabled, GoldED will rebuild the QBBS msgbase index files,
        if fatal errors were detected. If disabled, GoldED will exit
        with an errorlevel and log the cause. Fatal errors are
        mismatched sizes of the MSGHDR/IDX/TOIDX files.
