R E Q U I R E M E N T S

    * Any IBM PC compatible computer with at least 512K memory.
    * MS-DOS or PC-DOS 3.00 or above.
    * Diskspace for the GoldED files + msgbase files.
    * Enough free file handles in CONFIG.SYS (I have FILES=30).
    * A QuickBBS or Fido/Opus compatible messagebase.
