Below v1.0: 	
	It was called ComboBoxHook and just resized the comboboxes,
	 worked only with some ones.
	Yet had it's icon in the tray bar.

	Changed the algorithm for redrawing the image in the button bar,
	 apparently the problems with disappearing buttons is over.
	The tray area now has it's border again.

	Now you can choose to keep the icons on the buttons even when
	 they are pushed.
	The orrible dotten-line (Thanks again MS) does not appear any more
	 on the start button when pushed.

	From v1.6 if you want to use the start button make-up you will also have to
	 turn on the TaskBar make-up.
	Now you can set also a second image for the start button, this image will be
	 displayed when the button is pushed (see the example).

	From this version you can hide the window also clicking on the close button.
	I also added the option to show the HD's free space when right clicking on the
	 icon of WMU in the tray area.

v1.7:	1-Oct-97
	Now picking a voice in the HD's free space popup will open the selected HD.
	Command line options have been added and documented.
	Added the ability to scale the start button, this is usefull to people with
	 a lot of opened windows that want to have a bigger start button image.
	It seems that the task bar saga has came to an end, all problems seem to
	 be gone. (I hope :-)
	
v1.8:	25-Oct-97
	Added the suport for InternetExplorer4 Active Desktop bar, it still needs
	 some rework in order to be pixel perfect, however it works OK. With v1.7
	 you would be unable to see the new bars.

v1.8b:	03-Nov-97
	Fixed a minor bug, progs like Autocad have a partialy overlaying sub dialog
	 in open/save dialogs, now it is moved correctly and is not hidden anymore
	 by the file list.

v1.9:	31-Dec-97
	I planned to release this before 1998 and so I did :-) !
	Fixed a bug with international version of Win95, file dialogs will now resize
	 also in international version.
	Added experiemental title bar gradients, while 100% stable it still lacks
	 accurancy and sometimes fails to repaint the bars, also I don't know how to
	 use the default font for title bars. (If you know drop me a line)

v1.9a-1.9d: internal, mainly for test purposes
	Improved the choice of the right color for gradient bars.
	Introduced a different hooking policy (Be Aware ! it kills Win NT4.0 !!! ).
	Added the ability to restore the start button image after some DirectX games are
	 run (for resolutions lower than 640x480).
	Changed a bit the look of the settings window.
	Introduced a (rare) bug that will not re-patch the bar and the start button when
	 changing the settings.
