Gold Support
At an additional cost, you can receive the benefits of premium support for a full

How to Get Technical Support
Before Contacting Customer Service
Please have the following information ready when contacting Customer Service:
- the type and version of the operating system you are using
- your development environment and its version
- your JClass serial number
- a complete description of the problem including the steps required to
duplicate it.

Always available, this site is the best source of up-to-date technical information, including:
- Updated Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) list answering common questions
- Updated example and demo programs
- Product updates, bug-fixes, minor feature enhancements
- JClass Knowledge Base (available June 1997).
JClass Support Newsgroup
The JClass Support Newsgroup enables customers to communicate with other JClass developers
worldwide as well as the Customer Service team at KL Group. This newsgroup is a forum for
users of JClass products to share ideas, get answers to relevant questions and to solve
problems pertaining to JClass components.
To access the newsgroup, point your newsreader program to news://news.klg.com/klg.support.jclass.
This newsgroup is monitored regularly by the JClass Support and Product teams.
