Windows 95:   Both files must be copied to the \FELIXCAD\FCAD_BIN
              directory or to the \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory

Windows NT:   Both NT 3.51 and NT 4.0 ship with OpenGL DLLs.

Windows 3.11: has no OpenGL support. The commands FHIDE and RENDER are not 
              supported on the Win32S (32 bit) in FelixCAD.

Note:
The CD-ROM directory \XINSTALL\OPENGL contains within the sub-directories
\WINNT and \WIN95 Microsoft's OpenGL files OPENGL32.DLL and GLU32.DLL
required for the FelixCAD commands FHIDE and RENDER.
