This new 98 version runs native in Windows 95, NT 4.0, and the forthcoming release of Windows 98. How To Install Simply double-click on the self-extracting executable, scrndnc2.exe. Trouble- Here are solutions to the more common problems encountered shooting when trying to run ScreenDance. If you don't find an answer to a problem you are having, please see the tech support page on our web site at http://www.madeira.com, or send e-mail to help@madeira.com with a complete description of the problem and any error messages and error codes that are displayed. "Unhandled exception, DDManager.cpp:NNN, error code:..." If you get an error message like this with the word "DDManager" it most likely indicates an incompatibility with your video card driver and DirectDraw (part of DirectX). You may need to check with your computer or video card manufacturer to get a newer video driver. If that doesn't help, please send e-mail to us at help@madeira.com with a complete description of the error message and all error codes that are reported. No DirectX or "Ddraw.dll not found" If you get this error message, this means that you do not have DirectX installed on your machine. ScreenDance requires DirectX 5.0 under Windows 95, or Service Pack 3 under Windows NT 4.0.
