Dialing into the Campus Network
This CD-ROM provides a program that will automatically install and configure software to connect to the UCF campus network. If you chose the install function for Netscape and the plug-ins at the beginning of this CD-ROM, then your computer has already been configured. (If you are uncertain how to initiate the connection, please briefly review this tutorial.)
If you choose to manually setup your computer to connect to the UCF campus network, you will find demos at the bottom of this page that show you the step-by-step process for installing and configuring the appropriate software. Refer to the Minimum Requirements below to determine which software is appropriate for your computer. Before you get started, be sure to print the Summary of Terminal Server Settings to use as a reference during the configuration process. If you are using a Macintosh, FreePPP and NCSA Telnet are provided for you in the software section of this CD-ROM.
