Unfortunately I don't do any PM and OS/2 programming anymore, because of the 
very uncertain future of the OS. But still I have a working example for OS/2
1.2 and 2.0 (which has been in a beta for almost two years and still is !!) and
DOS.

The MANDEL example uses the PALETTE library. It manipulates the palettes 
directly. It is a mandelbrot program.
