The desktop install procedure was written with DIPWRITER from TopDesk Software. The Application is written in C PM. To Create a new client record simply double click on the ClientID program and enter the appropriate information. The program will then create an data folder for the client containing this information. To review/update an existing client record simple highlight the clients folder with the left mouse button, and while holding down the right mouse button, drag the folder overtop of the ClientID program and drop the folder on top of ClientID's icon. ═══ 2. First Name ═══ Enter the First name of the Client. The First letter of the first name is capitalized automatically. ═══ 2.2. Last Name ═══ Enter the Last name of the Client. The Last names first letter is automaticall capitalized. This field is MANDITORY, If no data is entered in this field that cleint record will not be saved. ═══ 2.3. Company Name ═══ Enter the name of the company the client works for. ═══ 2.4. Clients Address ═══ Enter the clients street address and apartment number/house number. Max lenght = 99. ═══ 2.5. City ═══ Enter the name of the city the client lives in. Max lenght = 30. ═══ 2.6. Province / State ═══ Enter the name of the Province or State the client lives in. Max lenght = 30. ═══ 2.7. Phone Number ═══ Enter the clients phone number. For example: 1-111-111-1111 or (111)-111-1111. Only numeric input is accepted. ═══ 2.8. Fax Number ═══ Enter the clients Fax number. For example: 1-111-111-1111 or (111)-111-1111. Only numeric input is accepted. ═══ 2.9. Electronic Mail ═══ Enter the clients electronic mail id. For instance a PROFS host id: NNNNNNNN at NNNNNNNN or compuserve id ect. ═══ 2.10. OK Button (Save) ═══ Pressing this button, or double-clicking with left-mouse button, saves the current Client information, and exits program. ═══ 2.11. Cancel Button ═══ Hit this button to cancel all modification made to the clients data. ═══ 3. Messages ═══ Messages
