═══ 1. Warp Mixer Help ═══ Warp Mixer The Warp Mixer lets you control the audio settings for your sound card. Since it uses MCI, it will work on any MMPM/2 driver which supports the new mixer API. Two views are provided for the mixer:  Playback View  Record View The Settings menu can be used to change the Microphone Gain The Information Area displays context-sensitive help as user moves the mouse pointer over various portions of the window. ═══ 2. Playback View ═══ The playback view controls volume levels and mute states for the following mixer lines: Master Audio Compact Disk Microphone Line In Wave ═══ 2.1. Master Audio ═══ The Master Audio control adjusts the volume level and mute state of the system-wide settings for all devices. ═══ 2.2. Compact Disk ═══ The CD control adjusts the volume level and mute state for playback through the Internal Audio Connector on the sound card. ═══ 2.3. Microphone ═══ The Microphone control adjusts the volume level and mute state for playback through the Microphone. ═══ 2.4. Line In ═══ The Line In control adjusts the volume level and mute state for playback through the Line In. ═══ 2.5. Wave ═══ The Wave control adjusts the volume level and mute state for playback of wave files. ═══ 3. Record View ═══ The Record View controls gain levels and connect/disconnect states for the following mixer lines. Compact Disk Microphone Line In ═══ 3.1. Compact Disk ═══ The CD control adjusts the gain level and connect/disconnect state for recording from the Internal Audio Connector on the sound card. ═══ 3.2. Microphone ═══ The Microphone control adjusts the gain level and connect/disconnect state for recording from the Microphone. ═══ 3.3. Line In ═══ The Line In control adjusts the gain level and connect/disconnect state for recording from the Line In. ═══ 4. Information Area ═══ The Information Area displays context-sensitive help when the mouse pointer moves over different portions of the application window. ═══ 5. Microphone Gain ═══ Extra amplification can be added to the mic input for microphones without pre-amp. This setting should be disabled when using pre-amp microphones. ═══ 6. Context menu ═══ When the mouse button 2 is clicked on the Warp Mixer application a Context menu pops up. The Context menu has the following options:  View - Playback Changes the main application window to Playback view. - Record Changes the main application window to Record view.  Window Provides window settings.  Help Displays a help window.  Close Closes the application. ═══ 7.
