The pre_release version of xTech development system, libraries and 
associated  documentation  are  copyright (c) 1991-1996 xTech Ltd, 
all rights reserved.

The pre-release package may not be circulated in any incomplete or
modified form, nor sold for profit,  without written permission of
the xTech Ltd.

The  use  of the pre-release package is  subject to  the following 
terms:

   The  pre-release package may not be used in any  business,
   commercial,   government,   or  institutional  environment
   except for testing and evaluation purposes.
