The Sample application is a sample Presentation Manager application which an 
application developer can use as a base for his own applications. The sample 
program uses many of the standard menus and dialogs that most applications 
would use.  The source is designed to serve as a base for any Presentation 
Manager application and was written in such a way that it can be easily 
modified to handle any application specific commands.

Use File to open or print Metafile.

Use Open to display a window that enables you to choose a Metafile.

Use Print to select the displayed Metafile or GPI circles

Use OK after reading Product information to return to Graphic.

Use Open to load a Meta file, following these steps. 

   1. Select the down arrow to the right of the Drive list to display all the 
      drives on your system. 
   2. Select a drive from the Drive list. 
   3. Select a directory from the Directory list. 
   4. Select a file name from the File list or type in a file name. 
   5. Select the Open pushbutton to display the puzzle you want to view. 

 For a detailed explanation of each field, select from the list below: 

     Open file name 
     Type of file 
     Drive 
     File 
     Directory 
     Open pushbutton 
     Cancel pushbutton 


═══ 6. Help for Open Filename ═══

Type the name of the file you want to open in the Open filename field and 
select the Open pushbutton. 


═══ 7. Help for Type of File ═══

Select the down arrow to the right of the Type of file field to display the 
available file types.  The Trace Formatter has set this field for all file 
types.

The Drive list displays the drives on your system.  Select the drive that 
contains the files you want to view.

Place information for the Help Keys menu item here. 


═══ 10. Help for File ═══

The File list displays all the files in the directory you selected from the 
Directory list.  Select the file you want to open. 


═══ 11. Help for Directory ═══

The Directory list displays the directories on the selected drive.  Select a 
directory to display the list of files from that directory in the File list 
box.

Select Open to accept all information in the window, display the puzzle and 
remove the window from the screen.

Select Cancel to remove the window from the screen without saving any changes.
