Application Programming Interface (API) Reference
To develop a full-function speech application, you do not
need to use all of the functions provided in the SMAPI.
You can use a subset of calls, known as the Starter Set
APIs.
These APIs will enable you to develop a speech-aware
application that supports commands, dictation,
word-error playback
and correction, and language model cache updates.
These calls do not use separate header or library files.
