═══ 1. Drag/Drop Sample -- Help ═══ The Drag/Drop program is a sample Presentation Manager application which illustrates direct manipulation. To show direct manipulation, start two instances of the sample in separate windows. In one of the sessions, open a directory from which you want to see a file list, then select names of files you want to move. In the other Drap/Drop session, open a directory to which you want to move the files. Perform the drag and drop by holding down mouse button 2 in the first window. Drag the mouse across to the target window and release it. The files will be moved to the target directory. ═══ 2. Directory Menu ═══ The Directory menu contains a command that you use to change the directory for which files are listed in the main window. ═══ 3. Select ═══ Choose the menu item Select... to open a dialog in which you will enter the name of the new directory. ═══ 4. Window Menu ═══ The Window menu contains commands that you use to change the files displayed or selected in the main window. ═══ 5. Refresh ═══ Choose the menu item Refresh to restore the original list of files and subdirectories. ═══ 6. Selectall ═══ Choose the menu item Select all to mark all of the files and subdirectories whose names are displayed. ═══ 7. Deselectall ═══ Choose the menu item Deselect all to unmark all of the files and subdirectories whose names are displayed. ═══ 8. Help Menu ═══ Insert standard Help menu text here. ═══ 9. Index ═══ Place information for the Help Index menu item here. ═══ 10. General help ═══ Place information for the General Help menu item here. Note: This screen will usually be handled by the default. ═══ 11. Using Help ═══ Place information for the Help Using Help menu here. ═══ 12. Product information ═══ Place information for the Product information menu item here. ═══ 13. OK ═══ The OK button closes the Select subdirectory dialog. ═══ 14. Select subdirectory -- Help ═══ Use this dialog to navigate upward in the directory tree. Enter the full pathname of the directory whose members you want to be listed. To move downward in the tree to subdirectories, you may close this dialog and double click on the directory name in the list box. ═══ 15. Product information dialog ═══ This dialog displays information about the application, such as version number and copyright notice. ═══ 16. OK ═══ The OK button closes the Product information dialog.
