═══ 1. About Sample ═══ The Sample pipe application is the server end of a tic-tac-toe game. It will display all messages received from and sent to th client processes. ═══ 2. File Menu ═══ The File menu contains commands that you use to create, open, and save data files. In addition, it also contains the command that you use to exit the Pipes application. The following commands appear in the File menu: Exit Quits the Sample application ═══ 3. Exit ═══ You quit the Sample Pipes application by using the Exit command. To quit the Sample Pipes application, do the following: 1. Select the File menu and choose the Exit command. ═══ 4. Option Menu ═══ The Option menu contains commands that you use to manipulate the display of pipe messages. The following commands appear in the File menu: Clear Messages Clears the screen of messages. ═══ 5. Clear ═══ You can empty the contents of the screen by using the Clear Messages command. ═══ 6.
